Overview
AVLT is committed to delivering high-quality products designed for long-lasting performance. All AVLT products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Most AVLT products include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty, while selected products may include Lifetime Limited Support or an extended warranty period. Please refer to the product packaging or product information page for the applicable warranty coverage.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage
The AVLT Limited Manufacturer Warranty covers defects resulting from:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defective materials
- Defective workmanship under normal residential or commercial use
- Mechanical failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage
At AVLT's sole discretion, defective products will be:
- Repaired; or
- Replaced with the same model; or
- Replaced with a product of equal or greater value and similar functionality if the original product is no longer available.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will meet AVLT quality standards.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
Excluded causes
- Improper installation or assembly
- Failure to follow the installation guide or user manual
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Accidental damage, dropping, impact, or liquid damage
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage, including scratches, discoloration, or surface deterioration
Also excluded
- Damage caused by excessive force, overload, or use beyond the product's rated specifications
- Damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, or environmental conditions
- Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- Damage caused by commercial rental or unauthorized resale
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or distributors
Warranty Eligibility
To receive warranty service, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase (Order, Receipt, Amazon Order ID Invoice, etc.)
- Product model information
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect when requested
Return & Warranty Process
Within the Store Return Period
If your purchase is still within the retailer's return or exchange period (such as Amazon or other authorized retailers), please contact the original seller directly. This is typically the fastest way to receive a replacement or refund.
After the Store Return Period
If the retailer's return period has expired but your product is still covered under the AVLT warranty, please contact AVLT Customer Support.

Please include: Full name, Order number or proof of purchase, Product model, Description of the issue, Photos or videos (if applicable).
If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, AVLT will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with return instructions.
Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to AVLT for warranty evaluation unless otherwise specified.
If the warranty claim is approved, AVLT will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
Lifetime Limited Support
AVLT provides Lifetime Limited Technical Support for most products.
Technical support includes: Installation assistance, Product setup guidance, Compatibility inquiries, Troubleshooting assistance, Replacement parts availability (when applicable).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AVLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product, including but not limited to: Loss of data, Loss of business, Loss of profits, Loss of productivity, Damage to other equipment, Cost of substitute products or services.
AVLT's maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.
Disclaimer
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty, AVLT makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights that vary by country, state, or jurisdiction.
Nothing in this warranty limits any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
