The AVLT Points Rewards ("Rewards") is a loyalty rewards program offered by AVLT Global ("AVLT," "we," "our," or "us") to eligible customers who purchase products through the AVLT official website.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

AVLT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time in accordance with Section 13.

Participation is open to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (13) years old;
• Maintain a valid AVLT customer account;
• Purchase products directly through the AVLT official website.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers, distributors, or unauthorized resellers are not eligible for AVLT Points.

Customers are automatically enrolled in the Program upon creating an AVLT account.

Only one Program account may be maintained per individual.

AVLT reserves the right to refuse, merge, or terminate duplicate accounts.

Points are calculated based on the final purchase price after discounts, promotional credits, coupons, and refunds have been applied.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-product charges do not qualify for Points.

Points will be activated 7 days after the order is placed.

Birthday Rerwards

Members may receive annual birthday rewards as follows:

Members must provide a valid birth date within their AVLT account prior to the reward qualification period.

AVLT may offer welcome rewards or promotional coupons to first-time purchasers.

Eligibility requirements, coupon values, redemption periods, and restrictions may vary and are determined solely by AVLT.

Such offers may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Membership status is determined by cumulative eligible spending during the preceding twelve (12) months.

AVLT may review and adjust tier status periodically.

Members who no longer satisfy tier requirements may be downgraded.

Points may be redeemed exclusively through the AVLT official website.

Redemption values, thresholds, and limitations may be modified by AVLT at any time.

Points are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit balances, or refunds.

Rewards Cannot Be Canceled. Once points are redeemed, a reward (discount, product, or gift card) will be assigned, and we are unable to cancel the redemption and reapply the points to your account.

AVLT Points expire three hundred sixty-five (365) days after the date they are awarded.

Expired Points have no value and will be automatically removed from the member's account.

AVLT is not responsible for notifying members prior to expiration.

If an order is canceled, refunded, charged back, or returned:

• Any Points earned from that transaction will be deducted;
• Any redeemed Points may be reversed or forfeited at AVLT's discretion.

AVLT reserves the right to determine Point adjustments resulting from refunds or partial refunds.

AVLT Points:

• Have no cash value;
• Are non-transferable;
• May not be sold, exchanged, assigned, or inherited;
• May not be combined across multiple accounts.

Any attempt to transfer or sell Points may result in account termination.

Members may not:

• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of earning rewards;
• Manipulate transactions to obtain unearned Points;
• Abuse refund policies;
• Use automated systems or fraudulent activity to participate in the Program.

AVLT may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

If a member account is closed, suspended, or terminated:

• All unused Points immediately expire;
• Membership benefits cease immediately.

AVLT may terminate membership at its sole discretion.

AVLT reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Modify earning rates
• Modify redemption values
• Change membership tiers
• Change expiration periods
• Add or remove benefits
• Suspend or terminate the Program

Continued participation following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Program terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVLT shall not be liable for:

• System failures
• Technical interruptions
• Unauthorized account access
• Lost, expired, or improperly redeemed Points
• Program modifications or termination

Reward discounts may not be combined with:

• Welcome Offers
• Promotional Coupons
• Sitewide Sales
• Bundle Discounts
• Employee Discounts

Only one discount code can be used per transaction.

Some coupons cannot be used on certain products.

Accounts with no purchase activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be designated inactive and closed.

All unused Points shall be forfeited.

AVLT reserves the right to:

• Audit accounts
• Reverse Points
• Cancel Rewards
• Suspend Membership for suspected abuse, fraud, resale activity, or manipulation of the Program

Tier status shall be reviewed annually.

Members who do not maintain the required annual spending threshold may be downgraded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Points are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and are not valid outside of the AVLT Store. Purchases made outside AVLT Store are not valid for point accrual (this includes, but is not limited to Facebook resell groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third parties).

Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

A member's points balance, as reflected in AVLT's records, shall be deemed correct. AVLT reserves the right to determine the number of points in any member's account based on AVLT's internal records related to such member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a member's account as stated on any member's receipt and AVLT's internal records, AVLT's internal records shall control. AVLT assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member information.

All transactions involving points and all member accounts are subject to review and verification by AVLT. The points balance in a member's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review.

AVLT may revoke any member's membership in the loyalty program at any time if such member engages in abuse of the loyalty program or fails to follow the Terms and Conditions of the program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in the revocation of membership in the program and may affect a member's eligibility for participation in any other AVLT program, present or future.

The Terms and Conditions of the loyalty program are subject to change at AVLT's sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon the customer's at-will termination of their AVLT Store registered account, or if a customer is terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited, and will no longer be redeemable.

AVLT reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or restrict the loyalty program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. AVLT may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program's Terms and Conditions.

AVLT will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all 1. registered and 2. qualifying AVLT Store customers but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
